CHINA PAI MU TAN

Pai Mu Tan gehört zu den chinesischen weißen Tees, die in der Provinz Fujian nach traditionellen Verfahren hergestellt werden. Der Herstellungsprozess umfasst neben dem Erhitzen und Walzen auch das Schälen und Trocknen.

Es werden nur die Teile des Teestrauchs gepflückt, die große weiße Blätter und "silberne" Knospen haben. Der Tee hat einen angenehmen, milden Geschmack und ein erfrischendes Aroma. Die Farbe ist hell und leuchtend.
