How to make a perfect cup of tea?
There are many different ways to make good tea. The teaware comes in many forms, and the choice is often based on whether you enjoy tea by yourself or in a company of others. All in all, making tea is very simple, but a few essentials make the tea moment the most enjoyable.
Pure water is the foundation of good tea. The best dish choices for brewing tea, are made of porcelain, ceramic or glass material, and the filter should be adequately loose. The right brewing time is primarily a matter of taste.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
Add a serving of tea into the filter. One teaspoon per cup, and one or two tablespoons per teapot. Bring the water to a boil - pour water on tea leaves - brew - remove the filter or tea leaves from the dish, and enjoy!
The brewing temperature of water is depending on the tea variety. Green and white tea, in addition to oolong tea, are the least processed tea varieties, so their brewing water temperature should be lower than with black tea, rooibos or fruit infusions. Let the boiled water cool down before brewing.
