Dieser "Tee" wird aus der inneren Rinde des südamerikanischen Roten Lapacho-Baumes gewonnen. Richtig zubereitet, erinnert der angenehme Geschmack leicht an Vanille. Lapacho-Tee sollte lauwarm oder kalt getrunken werden.
Preparation: Put 1 to 2 tbs of Lapacho bark into one liter of cold water. If you prefer, heat the tea until lukewarm and leave to infuse for 5-15 minutes.
