Uit de provincie Darjeeling in Noord-India, Puttapong Farm. Eerste bloei, eerste pluk. Stamras 65% Sinensis, 35% Assamica. Seizoensoogst in kwaliteitsklasse 1. Fijne, gelijkmatige theeblaadjes van hoge kwaliteit. Een vol, krachtig aroma. Kopkleur licht oranje.

Bereiding: 95°C, 2-5 minuten.

How to prepare
  • Gebruik een volle theelepel thee, ongeveer 2-3 g, per kop van ongeveer 200 ml.
  • Verwarm het water tot 95 °C.

  • Drink hem puur, of met een scheutje melk of een schijfje citroen.
