Orders are delivered with DHL DPD courier and all orders have a tracking code.
The tracking code does not activate / show tracking data immediately as it takes bit of time for DHL DPD to process the orders.
Orders are shipped out currently every 2 weeks.
Final shipping cost to your address depends on order weight calculated in checkout.

If the checkout says "shipping is not available" then most likely the shipment is over 2kg which is beyond the limit of DHL DPD. Simply divide your order in 2 to bypass this or contact us in the case of very heavy orders.
