JAPAN GENMAICHA

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 75-80 °C (167-176 °F).
  • Steep for 1-3 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • The toasted rice is at its best on the first infusion, so brew it short.
