Delivery Charges
Our packing and delivery charges are added to the order total automatically. All delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in our prices. You may be charged customs duties and taxes for your order upon import, depending on your country’s regulations.
Delivery Time and Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible – typically within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification by email with tracking details. If you have not received the email, please also check your spam folder.
Exceptions and Delays
Any exceptional delivery times will be communicated either on the front page of our online store or directly to the customer via message. Busy seasons, such as Christmas, may cause delivery times to be longer.
We are not responsible for delays or any indirect damages caused by force majeure events.
Changing the Delivery Address
If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service immediately.
If your order has not yet been confirmed or processed, changes may still be possible. However, orders are often packed and handed over for delivery within 24 hours, in which case changes can no longer be made.
Uncollected Shipments
If an order is not collected and no cancellation notice has been provided, we reserve the right to charge for delivery and return costs.
