LAPACHO - LAHTINE TEE

Seda 'teed' saadakse Lõuna-Ameerika punase lapatsopuu sisekoorest. Õigesti valmistatuna meenutab meeldiv maitse veidi vanilli. Lapacho teed tasub nautida leigelt või külmalt.

Valmistamine: Pane 1 kuni 2 spl lapacho koort ühe liitri külma vee sisse. Soovi korral kuumuta tee leigeks ja lase 5-15 minutit tõmmata.

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 95-100 °C (203-212 °F).
  • Steep for 4-6 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • Naturally caffeine free, so a longer steep will not make it bitter.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to keep your tea fresh. Reseal the packaging tightly after each use.
