Deze Taiwanese oolongthee komt qua karakter dicht bij groene thee. De heel licht gefermenteerde theebladeren worden tot kleine, compacte pareltjes gerold. Het prachtige jadegroene aftreksel en het zachte, fruitige aroma dat doet denken aan perzikbloesem maken deze thee echt uniek.

Ingrediënten: Oolongthee.

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 80-90 °C (176-194 °F).
  • Steep for 3-4 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • The same leaves are good for several infusions.
