CHINA GOLDEN YUNNAN

In terms of it's geographical location and climate, Yunnan province is comparable to Assam tea and it's growing area. Medium strength spicy tea is produced in Yunnan. Yunnan tea tastes richly sweet, earthy and juicy. The taste of Yunnan tea remains in the mouth for a long time after drinking. This tea belongs to the best breakfast tea qualities, you can add a splash of milk to the cup.

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 95 °C (203 °F).
  • Steep for 2-5 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • Enjoy it plain, or with a splash of milk or a slice of lemon.
