Green tea from China. Tea is named "Gunpowder" as the tea has rolled tea leaves and therefore resembles a powder ball. When exposed to hot water, the tea leaves open beautifully. The taste is characteristic, strong, and aromatic.
Ingredients: green tea*.
Weight: 800 g.
How to prepare
Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
Heat the water to 75-80 °C (167-176 °F).
Steep for 1-3 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
Avoid boiling water, it turns green tea bitter.
Storage & recycling
Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to keep your tea fresh. Reseal the packaging tightly after each use.
