How to prepare
Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
Heat the water to 95 °C (203 °F).
Steep for 2 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
Enjoy it plain, or with a splash of milk or a slice of lemon.
