This Chinese Oolong tea was created in Taiwan in the 1980’s. This tea has very soft, milky flavour and rolled green leaves. Goes extremely well together with chocolate cake.
Ingredients: oolong tea*, milk flavour.
Weight: 80 g.
How to prepare
Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
Heat the water to 80-90 °C (176-194 °F).
Steep for 3-4 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
The same leaves are good for several infusions.
