LAPACHO - LØS TE

Denne 'te' udvindes af den indre bark fra det sydamerikanske røde lapachotræ. Tilberedt rigtigt minder den behagelige smag en smule om vanilje. Lapacho nydes bedst lunken eller kold.

Tilberedning: Kom 1 til 2 spsk lapachobark i én liter koldt vand. Hvis du foretrækker det, kan du varme teen op til den er lunken og lade den trække i 5-15 minutter.

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 95-100 °C (203-212 °F).
  • Steep for 4-6 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • Naturally caffeine free, so a longer steep will not make it bitter.
