MILKY OOLONG

Denne kinesiske oolongte blev skabt i Taiwan i 1980'erne. Teen har en meget blød, mælkeagtig smag og rullede grønne blade. Den passer fremragende sammen med chokoladekage.

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 80-90 °C (176-194 °F).
  • Steep for 3-4 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • The same leaves are good for several infusions.
