How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 95-100 °C (203-212 °F).
  • Steep for 1-2 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • Naturally caffeine free, so a longer steep will not make it bitter.
