SIKKIM FTGFOP TEMI - TÉ EN HEBRAS

Un té verdaderamente "real" de Temi, la única plantación del antiguo reino de Sikkim, hoy el estado indio más septentrional. El jardín produce tés de carácter afrutado y muy particular. Este té de la recolección tardía del first flush convence por su sabor elegante, su cuerpo pleno y su hoja finamente trabajada.

Ingredientes: té negro*.

How to prepare
  • Usa una cucharadita colmada de hojas, unos 2-3 g, por taza de unos 200 ml.
  • Calienta el agua a 95 °C.
  • Deja reposar 2-5 minutos y retira las hojas.
  • Tómalo solo, o con un chorrito de leche o una rodaja de limón.
