Mate Green は、南アメリカ・アルゼンチン生まれのハーブドリンクです。多くの健康効果と長い歴史により、世界中でますます人気が高まっています。

Mate Green はカフェインと多くの優れた抗酸化物質を含むため、さわやかな一杯を求める方にぴったりです。マテは、土を思わせる、わずかにビターな味わいです。お茶と同じように淹れます。

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 75-80 °C (167-176 °F).
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • Mate takes several infusions, so keep topping up the same leaves.
