Moominmamma's secret weapon: the deep character of black tea meeting the brightest flavours of summer, sweet strawberry and tangy rhubarb. Gentle and refreshing at once, and equally at home in the morning or the afternoon.

Ingredients: black tea*, flavours of rhubarb and strawberry.

How to prepare
  • Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
  • Heat the water to 95 °C (203 °F).
  • Steep for 2-5 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
  • Enjoy it plain, or with a splash of milk or a slice of lemon.
