Det här kinesiska oolongteet skapades i Taiwan på 1980-talet. Teet har en mycket mjuk, krämig smak och rullade gröna blad. Passar utmärkt till chokladtårta.
Ingredienser: oolongte*, smak av mjölk.
Vikt: 80 g.
How to prepare
Use one heaped teaspoon of leaves, about 2-3 g, per cup, about 2 dl.
Heat the water to 80-90 °C (176-194 °F).
Steep for 3-4 minutes, then lift out the leaves.
The same leaves are good for several infusions.
